An El Paso native and a graduate of Rice University, Mr. Oden joined Trinity’s corporate predecessor as an analyst immediately upon college graduation. He was a founding Principal and is a full time mortgage loan originator in the San Antonio office.

A resident of San Antonio since 1987, Mr. Stokes is a graduate of Trinity University with a degree, with honors, in Finance and International Business. He joined Trinity Real Estate Finance after graduating from college and is a full time mortgage loan originator and Principal in the San Antonio office.

Will Holshouser, a San Antonio native, graduated from Vanderbilt University. He worked for two years in finance and control at Clear Channel Communications before joining Trinity. Will is a seasoned loan originator and a Principal in the San Antonio office.

A Houston native, Mr. Sela is a graduate of Trinity University with a degree in Finance. He joined Trinity Real Estate Finance after graduating from college and is a full time mortgage loan originator and Principal in the firm’s Austin office.

Will Kiesling, a native of California, graduated from Trinity University with a degree in Finance in 2009. He worked as an analyst with Frost National Bank prior to joining Trinity Real Estate Finance. He is a full time mortgage loan originator and Principal in the firm’s Austin office.

A native of Houston, Mr. Sulistyo graduated with a degree, with honors, in Geographic Information Science and a Master of Real Estate, both from Texas A&M University. He joined Trinity’s Austin office as a full time associate in 2020.

Ms. Fuentes, a Texas native, graduated from Schreiner University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. Ms. Fuentes joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2012 as Closing Manager and is responsible for the day-to day operations of the Closing Department. Ms. Fuentes has over 20 years’ experience, 12 years with James Avery Craftsman, most recently serving as Demand Sales Forecaster/System Coordinator.

An Alabama native, Mr. Stewart graduated from Auburn University with a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management. He joined Trinity’s San Antonio office as a full-time associate in 2020.

After growing up in Austin, Mr. Buchanan graduated from Texas A&M University with highest honors, completing his Agribusiness degree a year early. He subsequently earned a Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School. Travis has been active in commercial real estate since 2019 and joined Trinity’s San Antonio office as a full-time associate in 2023.

Ms. Brenda Kudrna joined the Trinity Real Estate Finance team in 2014 as a Portfolio Specialist and is now responsible for the day-to-day management of the department. She brings over 30 years of business experience working as a Business Analyst with Campbell Soup Company and as an Account Manager with Direct Hit Data. A native of Detroit, Michigan, she has been a resident of Texas since 2003.

Mrs. Hinson joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2004 as Loan Servicing Specialist and handles all special servicing requests. Mrs. Hinson brings over 20 years of management and business experience to the firm.

Ms. Jennifer Reza joined the Trinity Real Estate Finance team in 2021. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from DePaul University with a degree in finance. She brings over 20 years of investment experience working as an Investment Associate with The Northern Trust Company and a Senior Operations Analysts for AllianceBernstein. She has been a resident of San Antonio since 2016.

A San Antonio native, Ms. Frisce joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2020 as a Portfolio Specialist. Ms. Frisce brings over 30 years of banking and management experience working in the Business Department with Capital One and BBVA.

Jessica Welker, a San Antonio native, joined the Trinity Real Estate Finance team in May 2022. She brings over 15 years of mortgage lending & servicing experience in the residential mortgage department working as a Loan Specialist with Wells Fargo and Loan Processor for LoanDepot.

Marcella Guerra, a San Antonio native, joined the Trinity Real Estate Finance team in July 2021. She worked for 13 years at Randolph Brooks FCU and brings over 20 years of banking, lending & mortgage experience.

A native of Kerrville, Texas and a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Texas Law School, Mr. Schwethelm has spent his entire career at Trinity Real Estate Finance, Inc. and its corporate predecessors. He left the company on May 31, 2011 after a thirty five year career in the mortgage banking business.
